Job summary
CVS Health, within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS), seeks a senior individual contributor to lead cross-functional strategy initiatives and run the operating rhythm. You will report to the DCS Chief of Staff and partner with AVP, VP, and SVP-level stakeholders to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
You will enable transparent reporting, own cross-functional programs like cross-sell, and craft content for leadership forums and external events.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in strategy or operations, healthcare insurance preferred.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process.
- Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
- Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
