CVS Health is seeking an experienced strategy and operations professional to join Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS). This individual contributor will report to the DCS Chief of Staff and partner with AVP, VP, and SVP leaders to run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy or operations, with healthcare insurance industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums (townhalls, leadership conferences) and high-visibility external events.
