CVS Health seeks a strategic contributor within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) to support cross‑business strategy and operations. You will partner with senior leaders (AVP, VP, SVP) to run the operating rhythm and drive key initiatives from concept to execution.

This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and the ability to create impactful content for town halls, leadership conferences, and external events, while thriving in a complex matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, healthcare insurance experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through DCS management processes.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
