Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) to support cross‑business strategy, operations, and execution. You will partner with the DCS leadership team to run the operating rhythm and advance strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

This role focuses on enabling transparent financial health, owning cross‑functional initiatives, and improving engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment, while crafting content for

Qualifications

3+ years in strategy, operations, or related field, with healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process, including recurring deliverables and reporting cadences.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment.
Create content for internal forums (townhalls, leadership conferences) and external events (sales summits, broker engagements).
