Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field, healthcare insurance experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, including recurring deliverables and reporting cadences.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
