Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor to support Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) in running operating rhythms and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver cross-functional programs, including cross-sell initiatives, and improve partner engagement in a complex matrixed environment.

The role emphasizes strategic execution, communication with executive audiences, and ownership of core projects within a healthcare

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field; healthcare insurance preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities via DCS management processes.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, including cross-sell strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
