Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor within Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) to support cross-business strategy and operations. You will report to the DCS Chief of Staff and partner with the leadership team to run the operating rhythm, drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution, and enable transparency into financial health and progress.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field.
Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through DCS management processes and deliverables.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex matrix environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
