Job summary

Broccoli is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in San Francisco to tackle high-priority analytical problems. You will own the models, analysis, and data work across Business Operations and Intelligence Platform, delivering actionable insight that executives can act on.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and turn insights into dashboards and repeatable tools, driving performance and efficiency for our contractor-focused platform.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience at a top consulting firm with hands-on data work.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward action.
• Willingness to work in-person five days per week in San Francisco.
• Experience with home services or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Frame high-priority questions and structure analyses end-to-end.
• Build data-driven models and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Turn ad hoc analyses into repeatable tools with analytics/engineering teams.
