Job summary

Broccoli AI in San Francisco seeks a hands-on analytics leader to build customer-facing dashboards and insights for trades businesses. You will own the core BI views, clean data, and translate numbers into actionable stories that help operators grow revenue and efficiency.

You will sit with customers, deliver dashboards across Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, and partner with Product and Engineering to scale analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of analytics/BI experience with data-driven results.
• Experience delivering analytics to external users.
• Bias toward shipping a rough solution quickly.
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on measurable impact.
• Excellent SQL and dashboard crafting in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing dashboards and analyses to reveal performance and benchmarks.
• Identify the key insights from messy data and present them clearly.
• Work closely with customers to understand operations across booking, dispatch, selling, and retention.
• Meet customers in the tools they already use (Looker/Tableau/Power BI or standalone dashboards).
• Own how insights are delivered at scale and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
