Job summary

Justworks, based in New York City, is seeking a Senior Strategy Operations professional to own the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives, refine the operating system, and design rhythms that scale Operations. You will drive cross-functional programs with Technology, Finance, and Customer Success, translating data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management, consulting, or strategy experience.
Experience in Operations or operationally complex domains preferred.
Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership.
Ability to own projects end-to-end and drive to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
Experience building with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Identify high-impact opportunities to improve Operations at scale.
Lead operating rhythms, planning cadences, reporting, and accountability.
Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to reduce admin layers.
Coordinate dependencies with Technology, Finance & Accounting, and Customer Success teams.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for strategy and decision-making.
Provide visibility with dashboards and progress tracking.
