Job summary

Justworks, based in New York City, seeks a Senior Manager of Technology Strategic Programs to shape planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translate strategy into action, and partner with senior leaders to optimize capacity and investments.

You will drive operating cadences, establish performance metrics, and build scalable frameworks to ensure delivery of strategic priorities at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technology Strategy, Product Strategy & Operations or related roles.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering organizations.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of software lifecycles.
• Experience owning and improving strategic planning processes and operating models.
• Analytical with experience developing metrics; Excel/BI; SQL is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity; drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology strategic planning: own and improve annual and quarterly planning across Product, Engineering, Design and Data.
• Drive resource planning: connect priorities with headcount and capacity; advise on tradeoffs.
• Own Technology's operating cadence: lead leadership forums, reviews, planning cycles and decision-making mechanisms.
• Strengthen performance management: establish metrics and reporting to guide leadership.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize roadmaps and investments.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping to measurable outcomes.
• Enable executive decision-making with clear narratives and supporting data.
• Connect Technology with the broader business to align with company objectives.
• Drive continuous operational improvement and organizational change across the division.
• Build repeatable frameworks and tools to scale Technology operations.
