Justworks is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst in New York City to lead the governance and optimization of our financial systems. You will steward system implementations, data integrity, and automation initiatives across Finance, Accounting, Data, and Engineering teams.

You’ll drive standard operating procedures, data governance, and scalable workflows while championing AI-enabled improvements and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on financial systems administration and automation.
• 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Jira is required; experience with Pigment is desirable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead system projects.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize finance-owned systems, user access and data integrations.
• Lead the development and integrity of financial data across systems, ensuring SOC/SOX compliance.
• Manage support queues and build scalable self-service workflows and automated error handling.
• Collaborate across Data, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Accounting to deploy major system enhancements and API integrations.
• Develop, enforce SOPs, data governance policies, and best practices for financial systems.
• Lead finance-related projects including implementations and upgrades with AI where applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
