Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead for the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. You will lead strategic planning, drive measures for senior leadership, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to advance high-impact goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze data to uncover insights, craft executive communications, and partner with leaders across the org to deliver measurable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning/goal-setting cycles and present plans to senior leaders.
• Drive monthly goal updates and recurring business/goal reviews.
• Perform deep-dive analyses and deliver focused topic reports.
• Craft executive communications and reports for senior leadership to support business decisions.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams and strengthen org cohesion.
• Support senior leadership with other projects as needed.
