Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Element Mobility, translating strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead ambiguous special projects from concept through business case, operating model, alignment, and launch with actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; bring stakeholders together to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Build and run a management cadence with monthly reviews, OKR planning, and leadership follow-through mechanisms.
• Develop executive-level analyses and decision materials on products, partnerships, investments, and opportunities.

Reporting to the SVP, Element Mobility, you will lead strategic initiatives and special projects across mobility growth areas, bringing structure to ambiguous work, aligning stakeholders, resolving blockers, and maintaining leadership visibility from concept through execution.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who can combine analytical judgement, executive communication, and disciplined follow-through. Your impact will show up in a stronger operating cadence, faster execution of critical initiatives, and tangible progress across work that spans functions.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Element Mobility, translating strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead ambiguous special projects from initial concept through business case, operating model, alignment, and launch, using analytical judgement and cross-functional input to develop practical recommendations and action plans.
• Identify execution risks, dependencies, and blockers early; bring the right stakeholders together to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Build and run the Element Mobility management cadence, including monthly business reviews, all-hands planning, OKR planning and tracking, and leadership follow-through mechanisms.
• Create simple reporting and dashboard mechanisms that give leaders visibility into financial performance, commercial progress, product delivery, operational performance, risks, key decisions, and expected business impact.
• Partner across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and other functions to connect strategy to concrete initiatives, resource decisions, accountable actions, and progress tracking.
• Develop executive-level analyses, narratives, and decision materials on products, partnerships, investments, and business opportunities, including pressure-testing assumptions, economics, execution plans, and organizational requirements.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment by synthesizing complex topics into concise recommendations, escalating issues constructively, and helping maintain accountability for commitments.

• You have strategy and operating experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, management consulting, or a similar execution-oriented role.
• You have experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution.
• You bring strong analytical, financial, written, and verbal communication skills.
• You can operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders and incomplete information.
• You demonstrate ownership, bias for action, structured problem solving, collaboration, sound judgement, executive communication, and comfort with ambiguity.

Preferred experience includes fleet, mobility, technology-enabled businesses, financial services, product/platform environments, or adjacent industries; management consulting or high-growth technology experience; and experience with business cases, OKRs, dashboards, and executive materials.

COMPENSATION

The hiring base salary range for this position is $132,500-$182,160 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
