Job summary

Zoomcar is seeking a Business Operations Lead to partner with the EPDM-led BU, driving strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution across top initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional work, reporting into Strategy & Operations with dotted-line links to the BU.

Based in San Francisco, you’ll turn strategy into clear priorities and durable operating rhythms, building governance and planning cadences that accelerate product launches

Qualifications

• Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently, using data-informed judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU EPDM leadership to turn strategy into priorities, decisions, and execution plans.
• Planning & Performance: run team-level planning, goals, business reviews, and performance tracking.
• Special Projects: own cross-functional initiatives so key efforts have a clear owner and don’t stall.
• Ways of Working: build rhythms, cadences, documentation, and tooling for stable operating infrastructure.
• Leadership Extension: represent leaders in forums and escalation paths as a trusted delegate.
• Collaborate with other BUs and RTM teams to maximize the BU’s impact.
• Facilitate information flow to enable fast, informed decisions in a matrixed environment.
• Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and launches across the BU.
• Independently drive day-to-day initiatives with Strategy & Operations support as needed.
