Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a Director, Strategic Initiatives to translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional projects across mobility growth areas, resolving blockers and maintaining leadership visibility from concept through execution.

You will own the management cadence, develop executive-level analyses, and synthesize complex topics into concise recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategy & Operations or similar execution roles.
• Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution.
• Strong analytical, financial, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional initiatives across Element Mobility.
• Lead ambiguous special projects from concept to business case and launch.
• Build and run management cadence, OKR planning, and leadership follow-through mechanisms.
