Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic professional to support the Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) arm. This individual contributor role will report to the DCS Chief of Staff and collaborate with senior leaders to drive initiatives from concept to execution.

You will own cross-functional strategic initiatives, enable financial transparency, and create engaging content for internal and external forums, contributing to growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy or operations, preferably in healthcare insurance.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
