CVS Health seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations for Health100 and PCW Digital & Technology. You will drive integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting to keep strategic initiatives on track and visible to leaders.

The role requires strong technical and business acumen, relationship-building, and the ability to translate complex engineering and product details into clear, actionable insights for executives.

Formación

• 8+ years in strategic planning within a technology organization.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 5+ years of executive communications strategy in technology/health insurance.
• Strong understanding of technology and operations to drive cross-functional change.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives and KPI milestones.
• Create communications and presentations for senior executives synthesizing complex tech info.
• Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting across PCW Digital & Technology.
• Lead strategic initiatives with scope definition, plan development, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as a liaison for cross‑functional teams to strengthen collaboration and process improvement.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Support special projects as assigned.
