Job summary

This role focuses on transparent reporting, cross-functional strategy, cross-sell opportunities, and engaging partner organizations in a complex matrixed environment. You will prepare content for town halls, leadership forums, and external events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, healthcare insurance preferred
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
• Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment
• Create compelling content for internal forums (townhalls, virtual leadership conferences) and high-visibility external events
