Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an individual contributor in Diversified Commercial Solutions to support cross-business strategy and operations, reporting to the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior leaders. The role focuses on running the operating rhythm, driving initiatives from concept to execution, and enabling transparency of financial health and progress across priorities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process, including recurring deliverables and reporting cadences.
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility.
Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment.
Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events.
