Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or related field, healthcare insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executives.
• Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability.

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, which includes recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and select ad hoc projects.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums (townhalls, virtual leadership conferences, senior executive leadership) and high-visibility external events (sales summits, broker engagement events).
