CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategy (Individual Contributor) to lead analyses and shape long-term growth in Pharmacy Services.

You will work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, synthesize insights, and develop actionable strategies across business units, collaborating closely with Finance and Operations to drive execution. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession (consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, M&A, or similar).
• Expertise in storyboarding and framing presentations for written deliverables and live discussions.
• Executive presence with active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Comfort in ambiguity; ability to simplify complex problems and concepts.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with competing priorities and multiple projects.
• Ability to influence internal/external partners, often more senior in title.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses, creating cohesive storylines and actionable recommendations for customers, clients, and shareholders.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities by scanning market developments and tracking healthcare trends.
• Synthesize insights and develop materials to support executive decision-making across CVS Health units.
• Conduct research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate strategy into execution.
