This individual contributor role reports to the DCS Chief of Staff and partners with AVP/VP/SVP-level leaders to run the operating rhythm and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

• 3+ years in strategy or operations; healthcare insurance experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving.
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Ownership mindset and strong accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through the DCS management process.
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a matrixed environment.
• Create compelling content for internal forums (townhalls, leadership conferences) and high-visibility external events (sales summits, broker engagement).
