Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or related field; healthcare insurance exp preferred
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
• Resourceful operator with ownership and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through DCS management process
• Own cross-functional strategic initiatives with end-to-end responsibility
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex environment
• Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events
