DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a strategic doer to own first-party product initiatives from concept to launch and growth. You will partner with Product to shape the roadmap, justify investments, and develop business cases and financial models.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and translate data into actionable decisions. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, executive communication, and the ability to scale successful AI experiments across the business.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Strong analytical horsepower, SQL proficiency, and ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of products within the first-party suite, from strategy to launch and growth.
• Partner with Product to set the roadmap and prioritize investments, building business cases and financial models.
• Lead cross-functional teams and hold partners accountable without formal authority.
• Analyze complex data and qualitative insights to guide strategic decisions and improve execution.
• Design and launch zero-to-one experiments, pilot AI tools, and scale what works.
