Job summary

Bulls Eye Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Strategy & Operations Lead in New York City to drive strategic initiatives for pricing, monetization and customer segmentation across RCM and future products.

You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, grow into leadership opportunities, and scale products across markets. This role is in-person in NYC with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience at startups, tech, finance or consulting.
• Strong analytical problems solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High attention to detail with ability to scale changes across teams.
• Ability to define requirements for ambiguous problems for self and junior members.
• Customer-obsessed mindset and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects related to pricing, monetization and customer segmentation for RCM and future products.
• Support commercialization of the RCM product with customers and product/engineering teams.
• Perform market, customer and product research and analysis.
• Drive initial innovation for new products and precursor work on focus areas.
• Lead scaling initiatives with new products and establish ownership, processes and metrics.
• Define clear KPIs from customer data and advocate for continual improvement.
