Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy and Operations, management consulting, or related strategic operating role.
• Trusted partner to senior leaders, aligning priorities and decisions.
• Experience building planning processes, leadership cadences, and portfolio systems.
• Strong financial fluency including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into structured plans and clear ownership.
• Led complex cross-functional initiatives from definition to sustained operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Creative Partnerships leadership to translate priorities into plans and follow-through.
• Design and run core operating rhythms: planning cycles, reviews, leadership meetings, decision forums.
• Maintain a clear view of active work, commitments, dependencies, capacity and risks.
• Prioritize opportunities and determine where to invest, defer, or redirect resources.
• Lead annual and half-year planning, roadmaps, and progress reviews.
• Own headcount planning and resource requests with leadership.
• Collaborate with Resource Management and Production on staffing and capacity.
• Work with Finance to manage allocations, forecasts and actuals.
• Develop scenarios and analyses of costs, value, and operational implications.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale, including operating-model design.
• Organize teams with owners, milestones, and decision rights.
• Create concise executive memos and operating materials.
