Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy and Operations or related strategic roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building planning processes and operating models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear plans and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to Creative Partnerships leadership.
• Design and run core operating rhythms and planning cycles.
• Maintain view of active work, commitments, capacity and risks.
• Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead annual and half-year planning, budgets, and headcount processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Production, and program owners on allocations.
• Develop scenarios to assess costs and value of programs.
