Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Creative and Advertising Operations professional to power paid marketing programs. You will build and run the end-to-end paid creative operating system, connect teams, and translate growth priorities into briefs and testing roadmaps.

You will partner with Growth Marketing, Creative, and agencies to maintain roadmaps, track results, and improve workflows. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, growth or performance marketing, integrated marketing, or a related role supporting paid marketing programs.
• Strong ability to translate growth priorities into actionable briefs, testing roadmaps, and clear success metrics.
• Experience building or improving creative production workflows, asset libraries, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the end-to-end paid creative operating system, including intake, production, delivery, approvals, trafficking, launch, and reporting.
• Serve as the day-to-day connector between Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, agencies, and production partners.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to maintain creative testing roadmaps and translate campaign goals into briefs and tests.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes for organized production, calendars, naming, tagging, and documentation.
• Track test results, document learnings, and identify what to test next.
• Improve workflows, templates, reporting, and automation to boost throughput and reliability.
