Job summary

Forus, based in New York, is hiring a product leader for its AI-powered platform connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma. This role focuses on building and scaling the internal AI workspace, curation of knowledge tools, and cross-functional automation.

You will drive model testing, tool integrations, and operational workflows to deliver measurable impact for patients and providers. NY office-based, equity included.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a product manager, optimizer, or builder.
• Daily hands-on use of the modern AI stack: agents, tool integrations, evals.
• Comfort working across APIs, integrations, and data; pragmatism with low-code where it fits.
• Strong business acumen and focus on measurable results (hours saved, throughput).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Track record of moving quickly and delivering goals.
• High NPS with former teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Forus Operations team's internal AI workspace: pre-configured access, integrations with systems operators use daily, and zero setup friction.
• Own the systems that enable high quality AI outputs: curate knowledge base, skills library, and shared repo with persistent context.
• Test new models and capabilities against ops use cases; scale the promising ones.
• Embed with operations to automate high-leverage workflows and share capabilities.
• Standardize evals and monitoring across the team with engineering to improve tooling.
• Build the capability of the team: onboarding, training, and cross-team sharing.
• Partner with data and engineering on foundational capabilities: central repo, prompt engineering, backtesting platform, curated data layer.
