Hostie, a remote-first restaurant tech company, seeks a strategic operations leader to shape GTM, investor communications, and finance ops across North America. This role partners with the CEO and Leadership Team to drive growth from strategy to execution.

You’ll own end-to-end initiatives, build models and dashboards, and move quickly using AI tools. The team values curiosity, ambiguity tolerance, and clear writing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or business ops in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience from top consulting, investment banking, or strong business school.
• Ability to own end-to-end initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsabilités

• Develop GTM playbooks, messaging, and market entry strategies.
• Prepare quarterly board materials and manage investor communications.
• Manage financial forecasting, KPI dashboards, and operating metrics.
