Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, or related execution responsibilities.
• Background in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or strong business school foundation.
• Demonstrated experience taking ownership of projects from strategy through execution and completion.

Responsabilités

• Develop, refine, and scale GTM playbooks for new product opportunities and markets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and growth.
• Partner with sales and customer success to design and test expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate quarterly board meeting prep with CEO and leadership for presentations and KPIs.
• Manage ad hoc investor information requests and support fundraising activities.
• Develop business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
• Build operational dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor performance.
• Assist with financial forecasting and planning models for headcount and expenditures.
