Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Senior Shopper Growth Leader to own the shopper growth strategy from awareness to repeat purchases. You will lead the growth and lifecycle teams, manage the shopper budget, and partner with founders and product to drive scalable growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will build a cross-functional function, own growth metrics, and shape the shopper roadmap while fostering a remote-first culture with NYC HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or consumer marketing, including leadership of growth for a consumer app.
• Experience marketing to drive app downloads and engagement, with app measurement and attribution tooling.
• Deep full-funnel fluency: acquisition and retention, turning new users into repeat purchasers.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: own full-funnel strategy from awareness to repeat purchases and define north-star metrics.
• Acquisition: build efficient, scalable user acquisition across paid, organic, referral, and partnerships with clear channel mix.
