Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our Technical Services organization. You will partner with business leaders to shape people and culture strategy, coach leadership teams, and drive talent outcomes across the function.

You will lead performance, engagement, succession, and compensation cycles, translate data into recommendations, and scale solutions as the business grows. This role supports US-based teams with flexible location across North America time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience creating measurable impact on a major business unit.
• 5–7 years of HRBP experience, ideally supporting global technical GTM / Customer Support teams.
• Experience partnering with Senior Leadership (VP level).

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Adopts the culture of the organization and embodies our values and leadership principles.
• Develops a commercial understanding of the business to appropriately guide and influence leaders on their talent agenda.
• Applies expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance management, career planning, coaching, analysis of people data, compensation concepts, and learning and development.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative people and business insights to anticipate risks and opportunities, frame trade-offs, and make actionable recommendations.
• Partners with other CoEs in the People Team to implement solutions that support and scale the business.
• Leads the people cycles throughout the year including compensation reviews, performance evaluations, engagement planning, talent reviews and calibrations, and promotions.
• Balances strategic partnership with operational stewardship to ensure core people processes are executed rigorously.
