Apptronik seeks a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the CTD team, driving pricing, deals, market sizing, and strategic insights. You will structure problems from first principles, build models, and deliver executive-ready recommendations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or comparable analytical role.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to build models from first principles.
• Experience producing executive-ready materials and clear recommendations.
• Exposure to pricing, market sizing, or competitive analysis.
• Self-starter comfortable switching context and influencing without authority.
• Interest in healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics; AI/robotics background is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build models and KPIs for pricing and deal economics, ROI and market sizing.
• Structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses and test with data.
• Maintain data templates and KPI tracking for repeatable insights.
• Contribute across commercial strategy, deal analysis, pricing, and competitive insights.
• Own workstreams end-to-end (e.g., competitor profiles, pricing inputs, value chain mapping).
• Support engagements and transformation-led sales cycles with analysis and KPI definition.
• Prepare leadership content and track quarterly KPIs; flag risks early.
