Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the CTD team, owning commercial strategy, transformation and deployments, pricing, competitive insights, and market expansion. This development role provides broad exposure and a path to leadership, thriving in ambiguity and learning fast.

You will build pricing models, test hypotheses, track KPIs, and support sales cycles with clarity and data-driven recommendations, rotating across verticals to build range in healthcare,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, BizOps, finance, or a comparable analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Build models and fact bases for pricing and deal economics, ROI/business cases, market sizing, and use case prioritization.
• Structure ambiguous questions into hypotheses, test them with data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Maintain data templates and KPI tracking so insights are repeatable across engagements.
• Flex across commercial strategy, deal analysis, pricing, and competitive insights based on business priority.
• Own discrete workstreams end-to-end, such as competitor profiles, pricing inputs, and healthcare value chain mapping.
• Connect cross-vertical patterns to sharpen decisions across the Customer Transformation team.
• Support engagements and transformation-led sales cycles with analysis, value sizing, and KPI definition.
• Prepare leadership and board content; track quarterly KPIs and flag risks early.
• Feed engagement learnings into playbooks, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
• Rotate across one primary and one support vertical (reassessed quarterly) to build range across insights, pricing, delivery, healthcare, and strategy.
