CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Strategy Manager to develop and execute strategic plans across the business. You will design, run, and interpret analyses to uncover opportunities and guide implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will own end-to-end analyses, communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders, and support budgeting and planning processes while staying adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Analytics.
• 3+ years in consulting or strategy; major firm preferred.
• Consumer subscription or DTC experience; understands acquisition, retention, and LTV.
• Manager-level, individual contributor role.
• Proven self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Strong problem solving across functions with structured thinking.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with various levels.
• Maintain confidentiality; meet multiple deadlines; not a 9-5 role.
• Advanced quantitative/analytical skills; Excel fluency.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for exec materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify and frame opportunities using structured, data-driven methods.
• Design and build reports, analyses, and models to predict performance.
• Own analyses end-to-end from data collection to recommendations.
• Communicate recommendations to SVP Strategy and Revenue and leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives to execution.
• Support long-term and annual strategic planning and budgeting.
• Track industry trends affecting classes, programming, retail, etc.
• Be a subject matter expert on the industry and competitors.
• Perform strategic analyses on markets to identify opportunities.
• Prepare executive materials for meetings with SVP and follow-ups.
