Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Strategy Manager to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans. You will design, run, and interpret analyses across diverse topics to shape strategy and drive implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will own end-to-end analyses, communicating clear, decision-ready recommendations to the SVP of Strategy and Revenue and other senior leaders, while supporting annual planning and market-trend tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Analytics.
• 3+ years in consulting or strategy, major firm experience preferred.
• Experience with consumer subscription, membership, or DTC models desired; understanding of acquisition funnel and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in a structured, data-driven way with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
• Design and build reports, analyses, and models to predict performance of strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end analyses from data collection to decision-ready recommendations.
• Communicate findings to SVP of Strategy and Revenue and other leaders for decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead strategic initiatives to execution.
• Support long-term and annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Track industry and market trends related to scheduling, programming, and retail.
