Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Strategy Manager to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans. You will design, run analyses, and interpret results to shape decisions across functions and leadership.

This role requires working across teams to identify opportunities and lead implementation of strategic initiatives. You will track industry trends, contribute to planning, and build executive materials for quarterly reviews with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, or Analytics.
• 3+ years in consulting or strategy, major firm experience preferred.
• Consumer subscription, membership, or DTC experience strongly preferred; analyze subscription economics.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; fluency in Excel; ability to design analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities with structured, data-driven analyses.
• Design and build reports, analyses, and models to predict performance of initiatives.
• Own analyses end-to-end from data collection to decision-ready recommendations.
• Interpret results and guide senior leaders in decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives to execution.
• Support long-term strategic planning and budgeting processes.
