Konrad, a global leader in AI and digital innovation consulting, is seeking a Senior Manager on our Strategy team to lead large-scale programs with global organizations as they embrace AI-driven digital transformation.

You will guide AI and product strategy, collaborate across Strategy, Design, and Technology, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders to deliver transformative business impact. This role follows a hybrid model with heavy in-office collaboration and global travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-workstream digital programs.
• Strong engagement with C-suite and senior client leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs, including AI and product strategy work.
• Oversee program governance: budget, scope, timelines, resourcing, risks.
• Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and engineers to align business goals with user experiences.
• Act as primary advisor to executive stakeholders, managing expectations and relationships.
• Drive business development, shaping new engagements and expanding existing client relationships.
• Lead creation of AI-forward digital solutions and strategic operating models.
• Facilitate executive sessions, design thinking workshops, and strategic planning.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, RFP responses, and thought leadership collateral.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development.
