Job summary

Konrad in the United States is seeking a Manager on our Strategy team to oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs with global clients embracing digital transformation and AI-enabled products. You will solve complex business problems by shaping executive-level strategy and ensuring delivery across Strategy, Design, and Technology teams.

As a senior contributor, you will mentor junior colleagues, lead engagements from inception to launch, and speak with clients at the C-suite level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of AI, product innovation and digital transformation.
• Proven ability to guide clients toward clear, actionable insights.
• Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid office setting.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation programs, including AI and product strategy work.
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executive clients on goals and models, identifying opportunities for AI-driven growth.
• Be the primary client contact, manage expectations, build relationships, and resolve project-level issues.
• Identify opportunities for new engagements and expand business with existing clients.
• Direct creation of AI-forward digital solutions and operating models; define strategic visions.
• Lead workshops and sessions across strategy, design, and technology; plan large-scale projects.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and proposals for senior audiences; mentor junior staff.
