Salesforce seeks a sharp Strategy Manager to advance the global Professional Services transformation driven by AI. You will support strategic planning, perform market research, build data models, and draft executive-ready decks.

You will partner with Strategy Leads to track transformation impact, design metrics, and support quarterly and annual reviews. Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis, qualitative research, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Ability to distill raw data into clean, executive-ready slides.
• Proactive in structuring analysis plans with loosely defined guidelines.
• High familiarity with generative AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Research & data analysis: conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic initiatives.
• Synthesize telemetry & insights: extract operational data and build data-driven recommendations.
• Draft executive presentations: create structured slide decks and strategy briefs for leaders.
• Support business reviews: prepare quarterly and annual operational materials for global leadership.
• Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with PMO and other teams to share data models and metrics.
