Job summary

Sierra, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to partner with Agent Development leadership. You will bring rigorous operational discipline to pipeline visibility, deployment progress, and growth opportunities within large enterprises.

You will drive data-driven decisions and create scalable playbooks for AI agent deployment, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to boost internal efficiency and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier technology companies.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into executive-ready insights and clear business actions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting sales, post-sales, or commercial teams in a strategy and operations capacity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with the ability to independently structure complex problems and drive them to resolution.
• Commercial instinct and business judgment, with a clear understanding of how enterprise technology products are landed, deployed, and expanded.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• A growth mindset, coachability, and willingness to roll up your sleeves. No task is too small if it helps the team win.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategy and operations partner to Agent Dev leadership and bring the same operational rigor to Agent Dev that powers our Sales organization.
• Partner with Agent Dev leaders to provide clear visibility into business health, including pipeline, deployment progress, utilization, expansion opportunities, and risks.
• Help define and scale the playbook for how Sierra builds, evaluates, launches, and expands AI agents at large enterprises.
• Work closely with account teams to identify whitespace, prioritize expansion opportunities, and build repeatable motions that convert post-sale momentum into durable revenue growth.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that drive high leverage decisions.
• Leverage AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to build lightweight internal systems, automate workflows, and create operational leverage across Agent Dev.
