Job summary
Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist Lead to own how our AI agents come to life for customers, from pilots to production, guiding a team of strategists and serving as the senior sponsor on key deployments. You will collaborate with product and research to influence Sierra’s platform roadmap while ensuring high-impact outcomes for major brands.
You will work in person in San Francisco, leading cross-functional teams, coaching others, and driving strategic decisions that deliver measurable
Qualifications
- Leadership experience guiding customer-facing AI initiatives.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production.
- Strong communication and relationship-building with enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Agent Development Life Cycle from scope to production.
- Build and mentor a team of strategists and field leadership.
- Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise executives to shape AI strategy.
- Oversee delivery with customer teams and ensure on-time launches.
- Shape Sierra’s product roadmap based on customer feedback.
