Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to unlock growth for customers and the business in a remote-first setting.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to define and execute high-impact strategies across messaging, voice, and AI, owning key initiatives end-to-end with data-driven analysis and executive storytelling. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Ops, Finance and Legal, translating complex problems into concise memos and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or growth roles.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into concise memos and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Think critically and apply structured problem-solving to unfamiliar challenges.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Coefficient, Airtable).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS/technology/management consulting or other fast-paced environments.
• Experience using AI to accelerate productivity (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Glean).
• Familiarity with telecom, messaging, and voice networks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define, model, and execute high-impact strategies across messaging, voice, and AI.
• Drive end-to-end alignment across Carrier Relations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams.
• Take full ownership of VP-level strategic goals and deliver projects on schedule.
• Synthesize complex data into concise executive presentations and memos.
• Perform data analysis and build quantitative models to solve business challenges.
• Lead as SME for global connectivity initiatives and advise senior leaders.
