The role requires strong valuation skills, modeling, and client-facing pitch book creation, with a hybrid on-site/remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field with post-baccalaureate experience.
• 3 years of experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques (PPA, DCF, Income Approach, M&A comps).
• Experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and financial databases such as CapIQ and PitchBook.
• 3 years in project-based teams and 1 year managing small teams.
• 1 year of managing business valuation engagements for M&A and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor economic, industry and corporate developments to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare financial analyses, plans, and pro forma models for M&A and capital raises.
• Create compelling pitch books and memoranda for mandates and investor outreach.
• Lead and motivate teams; manage client relationships and business development.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables and apply deep industry knowledge.
