Job summary

DoorDash is hiring for an Associate level in Strategy & Operations within the New Verticals team. You will gain exposure to growth, supply chain, and logistics initiatives, while working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance. The role is hybrid, based in New York or San Francisco, with batch interviews and a March 2026 start.

You will contribute to pilots, dashboards, and rapid experimentation to drive scalable processes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, CS, Business Administration, or a relevant field; 2024-2025 graduates preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data modeling and analysis.
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and stand up 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, and manage KPIs.
• Launch net-new merchants and experiment in-market initiatives.
• Analyze expansion opportunities with SQL-driven models.
• Translate needs into product requirements and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and finance.
