Job summary

Repligen seeks a Strategy Analyst/Associate to support the annual Strategic Planning process and key strategic initiatives across functions and geographies. You will contribute to inorganic growth efforts, including M&A and equity investments, while collaborating with R&D, commercial, and operations teams to drive value.

Remote work will be considered; the role offers a base salary in the US and a comprehensive benefits package with bonus eligibility and potential equity participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, pharma/biotech exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven thinking.
• Experience in primary/secondary market research and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with AI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification.
• Execute primary market research to inform strategy and product planning.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic projects including M&A.
• Assist planning and execution of strategic projects across R&D, commercial, and operations.
