Job summary

Repligen Corp is seeking a Strategy Analyst/Associate to support the annual Strategic Planning process and key inorganic initiatives. You will perform market research, develop business cases, and present findings to senior leadership across functions and geographies.

The role offers exposure to M&A diligence, equity investments, and partnerships in a fast-growing bioprocessing company. Remote work will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy in pharma/biotech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Experience with primary and secondary market research; competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Execute primary market research to inform strategy and product planning.
• Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives including M&A.
