Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant to lead strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients. You will work with EY-Parthenon teams to unlock value through go-to-market strategy, commercial operating models, and revenue optimization while minimizing disruption.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with MBA preferred, and prior management consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Experience in strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategy, and revenue synergy design.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution practice.
• Collaborate with EY Parthenon team members to unlock value through improvements in go-to-market strategy and operating models.
• Define and realize sustainable value through revenue enhancement and cost/margin optimization in the commercial domain.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
